He was married to Harriet Patton who preceded him in death 20 years ago. Uncle Billy leaves to mourn his death six daughters and one son: Mamie Depriest, Rosa Happy and Georgia Happy of Camden, Oma Laughlin of Washburn, Myrtle McMurtrey of Stella, Monty Payne of Tahlequah, Oklahoma and Calvin Moore of Rogers, 42 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren and a host of friends and relatives who will miss his pleasant smile.
He was a faithful member of the Methodist Church and was a local minister.
We know God has taken a dear one from us, but it is our loss and heaven's gain. Uncle Billy was laid to rest in the cemetery at Granby, Missouri. The Masons had charge of the services at the grave.
